Sutra 72

परस्परापाश्रयाश्चैषां जातिसंघाश्छिद्रेषु प्रहरेयुः गूढाश्चाग्निरसशस्त्रेण ॥ कZ_०९.६.७२ ॥

parasparāpāśrayāś caiṣāṃ jātisaṃghāś chidreṣu prahareyuḥ gūḍhāś cāgnirasaśastreṇa

Their mutually interdependent tribal/corporate confederacies should strike at weak points; and covert agents should do so with fire, poison, and weapons.
