Sutra 15

ततः सत्त्रिभिरमित्राद्भेदयित्वा मित्रं लभेत ॥ कZ_०९.६.१५ ॥

tataḥ sattribhir amitrād bhedayitvā mitraṃ labheta

Then, by using secret agents, having sown division within the enemy’s side, he should secure a friend (ally).
