Sutra 32

उत्थितां बलवद्भ्यो वा गुर्वीं लघ्वीं विपर्यये ॥ कZ_०९.५.३२च्द् ॥

utthitāṃ balavadbhyo vā gurvīṃ laghvīṃ viparyaye

A crisis that has arisen with the support of the powerful is “heavy”; in the reverse case, it is “light”.
