Sutra 29

दाण्डकर्मिकवच्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०९.५.२९ ॥

dāṇḍakarmikavat ca daṇḍaḥ

And ‘daṇḍa’ (coercion/punishment) should be applied like that of a professional executor/enforcer.
