Prahlada’s Defeat by Nara-Narayana and Victory through Bhakti

तौ दृष्ट्वामन्यत तदा दामिबिकाविति दानवः ततः प्रोवाच वचनं तावुभौ पुरुषोत्तमौ

Transliteration

tau dṛṣṭvāmanyata tadā dāmibikāviti dānavaḥ tataḥ provāca vacanaṃ tāvubhau puruṣottamau

Translation

Als er sie sah, dachte der Dānava damals: „Das sind bloße Betrüger.“ Dann richtete er Worte an jene beiden, beide vortreffliche Männer.
