Paingala Upanishad 19 — Verse 19

Wherever the knower dies—by whatever death—just as all-pervading space (vyoman) [is everywhere], there, there he has entered dissolution (laya).

Moksha (videha-mukti), laya in Brahman; all-pervasiveness of Ātman/BrahmanMahavakya: Supports the import of ‘ahaṃ brahmāsmi’ and ‘tat tvam asi’ by implying the jñānī’s identity with all-pervading Brahman beyond locality and death.AtharvaAtharva-veda (Paippalāda tradition; commonly grouped among Atharvaṇic Sannyāsa Upaniṣads) ShakhaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
