तद्ब्रूहि येन ते सर्वं प्रकरोमि हृदि स्थितम् । सद्य एव महीपाल त्रिदशैरपि दुर्लभम्
tadbrūhi yena te sarvaṃ prakaromi hṛdi sthitam | sadya eva mahīpāla tridaśairapi durlabham
„So sprich: Auf welche Weise soll ich dir alles erfüllen, was in deinem Herzen ruht—noch heute, o König, Hüter der Erde—selbst das, was selbst für die Götter schwer zu erlangen ist?“
Caṇḍikā (Devī)
Type: kshetra
Scene: The Goddess, majestic yet compassionate, offers boon-granting assurance to the king; a luminous aura surrounds her; celestial beings hinted in the background to stress ‘even gods find it hard’.
Divine grace, invoked through proper vrata and pūjā, can grant even rare boons swiftly—beyond ordinary worldly limits.
The boon dialogue is the culmination of worship performed in the Hāṭakeśvara–Caṇḍikā sacred precinct.
No new rite is prescribed here; the Goddess invites the devotee to state his heart’s desire as a boon.
