upavāsaparo bhūtvā yaścaināṃ pūjayiṣyati | āśvinasyāsite pakṣe caturdaśyāṃ viśeṣataḥ

Und wer sie in Hingabe zum Fasten (upavāsa) verehrt, besonders am caturdaśī, dem vierzehnten Mondtag der dunklen Monatshälfte von Āśvina, erlangt besonderes Verdienst.
