Transliteration

devakyā jaṭhare devaḥ saṃjāto daityadarpahā | tathānyā rohiṇīnāma bhāryā tasya ca yā'bhavat

Translation

Im Schoß Devakīs wurde der Gott geboren, der den Hochmut der Dämonen zerschmettert. Und es gab auch eine weitere Gemahlin von ihm, mit Namen Rohiṇī.
