नित्यं दिनकृतात्पापान्मुच्यते द्विजसत्तमाः । एतद्वः सर्वमाख्यातं रुद्रशीर्षसमुद्भवम्

nityaṃ dinakṛtātpāpānmucyate dvijasattamāḥ | etadvaḥ sarvamākhyātaṃ rudraśīrṣasamudbhavam

O ihr Besten unter den Zweimalgeborenen! Täglich wird er von den Sünden befreit, die im Laufe des Tages begangen wurden. So habe ich euch alles über Ursprung und Bericht des Rudraśīrṣa dargelegt.
