Transliteration

tasmātsarvaprayatnena tatra snānaṃ samācaret | māghaśuklatṛtīyāyāṃ yathāvaddvijasattamāḥ

Translation

Darum, o Beste der Zweimalgeborenen, soll man sich mit allem Eifer dort nach rechter Vorschrift baden, am dritten Mondtag der hellen Monatshälfte des Māgha.
