Scene: All pilgrims receive Śiva’s darśana without effort; the narrator declares that from then on the place is celebrated as ‘Rudrakoṭi’.
In a true tīrtha, divine grace can be immediate; the Lord makes darśana accessible when devotion is sincere.
Rudrakoṭi—the place that became famous by this very event of Śiva’s multi-form manifestation and universal darśana.
No explicit rite; the text primarily offers the māhātmya and naming tradition of the site.
