तथान्या धेनवो याश्च संस्थिता गोकुलांतिके । शृण्वंतु वचनं मह्यं कुर्वंतु च ततः परम् । अद्याहं निजयूथस्य भ्रमंती नातिदूरतः

tathānyā dhenavo yāśca saṃsthitā gokulāṃtike | śṛṇvaṃtu vacanaṃ mahyaṃ kurvaṃtu ca tataḥ param | adyāhaṃ nijayūthasya bhramaṃtī nātidūrataḥ

Ebenso sollen die anderen Kühe, die nahe der Siedlung der Hirten verweilen, meine Worte hören und danach handeln. Heute werde ich umherstreifen, doch nicht weit von meiner eigenen Herde.
