ततः प्रधानास्ते सर्वे दानवा अपिदारुणाः । पलायनपरा जाता निरुत्साहा द्विषज्जये
tataḥ pradhānāste sarve dānavā apidāruṇāḥ | palāyanaparā jātā nirutsāhā dviṣajjaye
Dann wurden all jene führenden Dānavas—so furchtbar sie auch waren—nur noch auf Flucht bedacht und verloren den Mut angesichts des Sieges des Feindes.
