Transliteration

sutalaṃ nitalaṃ caiva tathaiva vitalaṃ ca yat | tasyādhastāccaturthe ca vasatirvo dharātale

Translation

Unterhalb von Sutala, Nitala und ebenso Vitala, in der vierten Region darunter, wird eure Wohnstatt in den Tiefen der Erde gegründet werden.
