तस्माद्वरय भद्रं ते वरं यन्मनसि स्थितम् । अदेयमपि दास्यामि यद्यपि स्यात्सुदुर्लभम्
tasmādvaraya bhadraṃ te varaṃ yanmanasi sthitam | adeyamapi dāsyāmi yadyapi syātsudurlabham
„Darum wähle eine Gabe — Heil sei dir — was immer in deinem Herzen beschlossen ist. Selbst das, was gewöhnlich nicht gewährt wird, will ich geben, auch wenn es überaus selten ist.“
Śiva
Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva, pleased, offers a boon to the king; the king stands reverently, hands folded, as the deity’s words promise even the rare and ordinarily ungrantable.
When devotion ripens into divine pleasure, grace becomes generous—even beyond ordinary limits.
The line is part of the chapter’s tīrtha narrative but does not name a location itself.
No new ritual is prescribed; Śiva invites the devotee to request a boon.
