श्रुतिस्मृतिपुराणैश्च सोऽपि विष्णुपदं व्रजेत् । शालिग्रामशिलायाश्च चतुर्विंशतिसंख्यकाः । भेदाः संति महाशूद्र ताञ्छृणुष्व महामते

Transliteration

śrutismṛtipurāṇaiśca so'pi viṣṇupadaṃ vrajet | śāligrāmaśilāyāśca caturviṃśatisaṃkhyakāḥ | bhedāḥ saṃti mahāśūdra tāñchṛṇuṣva mahāmate

Translation

Gestützt auf das Zeugnis von Śruti, Smṛti und den Purāṇas gelangt auch er zur Wohnstatt Viṣṇus. Und, o großer Śūdra, es gibt vierundzwanzig anerkannte Arten des Śāligrāma-Steins—höre sie, o Weiser.
