तदेव हि परं ज्ञानं कामो येन प्रजायते । महत्तपस्तदेवाहुश्चातुमास्ये फलोत्तमम्

tadeva hi paraṃ jñānaṃ kāmo yena prajāyate | mahattapastadevāhuścātumāsye phalottamam

Das ist wahrlich das höchste Wissen, durch das das Begehren entsteht und bis zu seiner Wurzel erkannt wird. Das allein, so sagen sie, ist große Askese, die in der Zeit der Cāturmāsya die erlesenste Frucht trägt.
