Transliteration

śraddhāṃ dharmayutāṃ nāma smṛtipūtāni kārayet | karmāṇi sakalānīha cāturmāsye guṇottare

Translation

Man soll śraddhā, mit Dharma verbunden, pflegen und hier alle Handlungen vollziehen, gereinigt durch heiliges Gedenken. In der erhabenen viermonatigen heiligen Zeit (Cāturmāsya) wird solches Verhalten besonders verdienstvoll.
