Transliteration

pitṛpakṣe caturdaśyāṃ kanyāsaṃsthe divākare | pitāmaho na gṛhṇāti pitrā tena samaṃ tadā

Translation

Im Pitṛpakṣa, am vierzehnten Mondtag, wenn die Sonne im Zeichen Jungfrau steht, nimmt der Großvater die Gabe nicht an, da er dann dem Vater gleichgestellt ist.
