Transliteration

etasminneva kāle tu bhramamāṇe yadṛcchayā | kaścitkārpaṭikaḥ prāpto divyarūpavapurdharaḥ

Translation

Gerade zu jener Zeit, als er zufällig umherwanderte, kam ein gewisser Kārpaṭika (bettelnder Asket) herbei, dessen Leib eine göttliche Gestalt trug.
