गौतम उवाच । यद्येवं निश्चयो वत्स तव मातुश्च संस्थितः । अहं ते दर्शयिष्यामि तपसा हाटकेश्वरम्
gautama uvāca | yadyevaṃ niścayo vatsa tava mātuśca saṃsthitaḥ | ahaṃ te darśayiṣyāmi tapasā hāṭakeśvaram
Gautama sprach: „Wenn ein solcher Entschluss fest in dir und in deiner Mutter gegründet ist, liebes Kind, dann werde ich durch die Kraft meines Tapas (der Askese) bewirken, dass du Hāṭakeśvara schaust.“
