Tirtha: Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra narrative frame (prelude to Yakṣma-tīrtha-related cycle)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Sūta
Scene: Forest-assembly of sages questioning Sūta; in the background, a distant yajña pavilion with empty ‘patnīśālā’ hinted, foreshadowing Sāvitrī’s absence and the coming conflict.
Even sacred rites can be disrupted by delay and attachment to duties; dharma requires timely discernment and right prioritization.
This verse is part of the Tīrthamāhātmya framing in Nāgarakhaṇḍa, but no specific tīrtha is named in this line itself.
None explicitly; it sets up the context of a yajña and the summoning of Sāvitrī.
