Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 65
यक्ष्मोवाच । तव यज्ञमहं श्रुत्वा दूरादेव पितामह । क्षुत्क्षामकंठश्चायातः समाप्तावद्य कृच्छ्रतः
yakṣmovāca | tava yajñamahaṃ śrutvā dūrādeva pitāmaha | kṣutkṣāmakaṃṭhaścāyātaḥ samāptāvadya kṛcchrataḥ
Yakṣmā sprach: „O Pitāmaha, als ich aus der Ferne von deinem Yajña hörte, kam ich herbei—mit ausgedörrter Kehle und vom Hunger ausgezehrt. Heute bin ich unter großer Mühsal eingetroffen, gerade da das Ritual sich vollendet.“
Yakṣma
