औदुम्बर्युवाच । पर्वतस्य सुता चास्मि विख्याता देवशर्मणः । जातिस्मरा महाभाग प्राप्ता गन्धर्वलोकतः
audumbaryuvāca | parvatasya sutā cāsmi vikhyātā devaśarmaṇaḥ | jātismarā mahābhāga prāptā gandharvalokataḥ
Audumbarī sprach: „Ich bin die Tochter des Parvata, o Edler, berühmt unter dem Namen Devaśarmā. Ich erinnere mich an frühere Geburten (jātismara) und bin aus der Welt der Gandharvas gekommen.“
