तान्सर्वान्पोषयिष्यामि त्यज्यतां मानसो ज्वरः । तच्छ्रुत्वा चण्डशर्मा तु पुत्रैर्बंधुभिरन्वितः
tānsarvānpoṣayiṣyāmi tyajyatāṃ mānaso jvaraḥ | tacchrutvā caṇḍaśarmā tu putrairbaṃdhubhiranvitaḥ
„Ich werde sie alle erhalten und versorgen — werft das Fieber des Geistes von euch.“ Als Caṇḍaśarmā dies hörte, machte er sich, begleitet von seinen Söhnen und Verwandten, daran, entsprechend zu handeln.
