अद्य मे सफलं जन्म यौवनं रूपमेव च । यत्त्वं हृद्वांछितः कांतः प्रलब्धो मदनोपमः

adya me saphalaṃ janma yauvanaṃ rūpameva ca | yattvaṃ hṛdvāṃchitaḥ kāṃtaḥ pralabdho madanopamaḥ

Heute hat meine Geburt Frucht getragen—auch meine Jugend und meine Schönheit—denn dich, den vom Herzen Ersehnten, habe ich erlangt, o Geliebter, Madana gleich.
