Narrator (continuation of the episode)
Tirtha: Citreśvara (implied)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka-group (frame)
Scene: Citrāṃgada and the woman remain in the kṣetra, subdued and waiting; time passes; a distant luminous approach hints at an arriving divine presence.
Time and sacred space together bring karmic and divine outcomes; the kṣetra becomes the stage for revelation.
The same unnamed kṣetra of Adhyāya 144; the following verses indicate a Śaiva locus connected with Citreśvara.
None; it sets the scene for an imminent theophany.
