muniruvāca | na me gātrasvabhāvo na vyādhibhiśca sulocane | śṛṇuṣva kāraṇaṃ kṛtsnaṃ yenedṛksaṃsthitaṃ vapuḥ
Muni (the sage)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Rambhā
Scene: The sage regains composure, denies natural constitution or illness, and prepares to narrate the complete cause; Rambhā listens attentively in the sacred grove.
Dharma begins with truthful self-assessment: distinguishing physical illness from mental disturbance and then addressing the real cause.
The verse is contextual to a tīrtha-mahātmya chapter, but it does not name a location.
None; it introduces an explanation rather than a rite.
