Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 72

त्यक्त्वा कलेवरं तत्र ब्रह्मद्वारि विनिर्मिते । तत्तेजो ब्रह्मणो गात्रे योजयामास शक्तितः

tyaktvā kalevaraṃ tatra brahmadvāri vinirmite | tattejo brahmaṇo gātre yojayāmāsa śaktitaḥ

Dort, am errichteten heiligen „Tor Brahmans“, legte er den Leib ab; und kraft seiner geistigen Macht vereinte er jenes Leuchten mit dem eigenen Leib Brahmans.
