bhāskara uvāca | ahaṃ tava kṛpāviṣṭastejaḥ saṃhṛtya tatparam | tataścātra samāyātastena no dahyase dvija
Type: kshetra
Scene: Bhāskara speaks gently, explaining he has withdrawn his radiance out of compassion; the visual contrast shows subdued rays and the sage unharmed, calm, and attentive.
Divine power is tempered by compassion; true grace makes the overwhelming approachable for the devotee.
The darśana occurs within the sacred setting of Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra described in this adhyāya.
None directly; it explains the theological reason for the deity’s moderated manifestation (tejas-saṃharaṇa).
