स्वयमेव महादेवस्ततः शक्रमुवाच ह । केदारयामि मे शीघ्रं ब्रूहि सर्वं सुरोत्तम । दैत्यानामथ सर्वेषां रूपेणानेन वासव
svayameva mahādevastataḥ śakramuvāca ha | kedārayāmi me śīghraṃ brūhi sarvaṃ surottama | daityānāmatha sarveṣāṃ rūpeṇānena vāsava
Dann sprach Mahādeva selbst zu Śakra: „O Bester der Götter, erzähle Mir schnell alles. In eben dieser Gestalt, o Vāsava, werde ich alle Daityas ‚durchbohren‘ (kedārayāmi).“
