Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 86

यस्तां पश्यति सद्भक्त्या चैत्राष्टम्यां सितेऽहनि । स पुमान्वत्सरं यावत्कृतार्थः स्यान्न संशयः

Transliteration

yastāṃ paśyati sadbhaktyā caitrāṣṭamyāṃ site'hani | sa pumānvatsaraṃ yāvatkṛtārthaḥ syānna saṃśayaḥ

Translation

Wer Sie am hellen achten Tag des Monats Caitra mit aufrichtiger Bhakti erblickt, der bleibt ein volles Jahr lang erfüllt und erfolgreich; daran besteht kein Zweifel.
