सर्वं कार्यं करिष्यामि युष्माकं नात्र संशयः । देवा ऊचुः । महिषो दानवो रौद्रः समुत्पन्नोऽत्र सांप्रतम्
sarvaṃ kāryaṃ kariṣyāmi yuṣmākaṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ | devā ūcuḥ | mahiṣo dānavo raudraḥ samutpanno'tra sāṃpratam
„Alles, was für euch zu tun ist, werde ich vollbringen—daran besteht kein Zweifel.“ Die Devas sprachen: „Hier und jetzt ist ein grimmiger Dānava namens Mahiṣa entstanden.“
