एवं ते मन्त्रिणः प्रोच्य ततस्तस्य कलेवरम् । लक्ष्मणस्य विलप्यौच्चैश्चन्दनोशीरकुंकुमैः

Transliteration

evaṃ te mantriṇaḥ procya tatastasya kalevaram | lakṣmaṇasya vilapyauccaiścandanośīrakuṃkumaiḥ

Translation

So sprachen jene Minister; dann, laut klagend, kümmerten sie sich um Lakṣmaṇas Leib und salbten ihn mit Sandel, Uśīra und Kuṅkuma.
