Type: kshetra
Listener: Brāhmaṇas (viprāḥ) addressed in the verse
Scene: A devotee, praised even by Yama, Mṛtyu, and yamadūtas, bows to Śiva; King Śveta is honored; the devotee departs radiant, as if reborn.
When Śiva’s grace prevails, the powers of death themselves become reverent, and the devotee’s fate is transformed like a rebirth.
The Kedāra-region narrative frame continues, showcasing Śiva’s supremacy associated with the Kedārakhaṇḍa sacred landscape.
None explicitly; the verse models praṇāma (bowing) and stuti (praise) of Śiva.
