तथेत्युक्त्वा ऋषिगणानानीता तत्र पार्वती । स्वोत्संगे परिगृह्याशु गिरीन्द्रः पुत्रवत्सलः । हिमवान्गिरिराजोऽथ उवाच प्रहसन्निव
tathetyuktvā ṛṣigaṇānānītā tatra pārvatī | svotsaṃge parigṛhyāśu girīndraḥ putravatsalaḥ | himavāngirirājo'tha uvāca prahasanniva
Mit den Worten „So sei es“ führte er Pārvatī vor die Schar der Rishis. Der Herr der Berge, voll elterlicher Zuneigung, nahm sie sogleich auf seinen Schoß; dann sprach Himavān, der König der Berge, als lächle er.
