tasyāstadvacanaṃ śrutvā ba bhāṣe sūnṛtaṃ vacaḥ | tvayā bhadre na gaṃtavyaṃ dakṣasya yajanaṃ prati
Als er ihre Worte vernommen hatte, erwiderte er mit sanfter und wahrhaftiger Rede: „O edle Frau, du sollst nicht zum Opfer (yajña) Dakṣas gehen.“
