Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 120

FAQs

A truly noble intention can arise even in unexpected persons; inner resolve toward dharma is exceedingly rare and precious.

The broader context is Kedāra-khaṇḍa, but this verse itself is ethical instruction, not a site-description.

None explicitly; the focus is on the formation of dharmic intention (mati) as the root of righteous action.
