Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 73

सुगंधदीपैश्च सुवाससा युतोऽलंकारभोगैः सुविराजितांगः । बभौ तदानीं नहुषो मुनीद्रैः संस्तूयमानो हि तथाऽमरेंद्रैः

sugaṃdhadīpaiśca suvāsasā yuto'laṃkārabhogaiḥ suvirājitāṃgaḥ | babhau tadānīṃ nahuṣo munīdraiḥ saṃstūyamāno hi tathā'mareṃdraiḥ

Geschmückt mit duftenden Lampen und edlen Gewändern, die Glieder glänzend durch Schmuck und Genüsse, erstrahlte Nahuṣa damals—gepriesen von erhabenen Weisen und ebenso von den Königen der Unsterblichen.
