यद्येनमधुना नैव हन्यां ब्रह्मवचोऽन्यथा । ततो भवेदिति स्मृत्वा मयासौ विनिपातितः
yadyenamadhunā naiva hanyāṃ brahmavaco'nyathā | tato bhavediti smṛtvā mayāsau vinipātitaḥ
„Wenn ich ihn jetzt nicht niederschlüge, würde Brahmās Wort anders werden, unerfüllt. Eingedenk dessen, was daraus folgte, habe ich ihn zu Boden gestreckt.“
