बंधूनां सुहृदां चैव भृत्यानां स्त्रीजनस्य च । अव्यक्तेष्वपराधेषु चिरकारी प्रशस्यते

baṃdhūnāṃ suhṛdāṃ caiva bhṛtyānāṃ strījanasya ca | avyakteṣvaparādheṣu cirakārī praśasyate

Gegenüber Verwandten, Freunden, Dienern und den Frauen des Hauses, wenn Verfehlungen unklar oder noch nicht deutlich geworden sind, wird der gepriesen, der mit Bedacht handelt.
