Transliteration

guhena ca mahāliṃgaṃ kumāreśvaramīśvaram | saṃsthāpya tīrthamukhyatvaṃ mama dattaṃ mahātmanā

Translation

Und Guha (Skanda) errichtete den großen Liṅga — den Herrn Kumāreśvara, den Īśvara. Nachdem er ihn eingesetzt hatte, verlieh mir jener Großgesinnte den Rang des vornehmsten unter den tīrtha.
