Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 123

तथैवं सात्म्यमभ्येति योगिनामात्मा परात्मना । एवं ज्ञात्वा फलं योगी सदा योगं समभ्यसेत्

tathaivaṃ sātmyamabhyeti yogināmātmā parātmanā | evaṃ jñātvā phalaṃ yogī sadā yogaṃ samabhyaset

So gelangt auch das Selbst des Yogin zur vollkommenen Harmonie und Vereinigung mit dem Höchsten Selbst. Dieses Ergebnis erkennend, soll der Yogin stets Yoga üben.
