यमश्च नियमश्चैव प्राणायामस्तृतीयकः । प्रत्याहारो धारणा च ध्येयं ध्यानं च सप्तमम्

yamaśca niyamaścaiva prāṇāyāmastṛtīyakaḥ | pratyāhāro dhāraṇā ca dhyeyaṃ dhyānaṃ ca saptamam
