स्थानकं तत्समासाद्य प्रविष्टोऽहं द्विजाश्रमान् । तत्र ते विविधान्वादान्विवदंते द्विजोत्तमाः

sthānakaṃ tatsamāsādya praviṣṭo'haṃ dvijāśramān | tatra te vividhānvādānvivadaṃte dvijottamāḥ

Als ich jenen heiligen Ort erreicht hatte, trat ich in die Āśramas der Zweimalgeborenen ein. Dort führten die erlesensten Brahmanen Streitgespräche über vielerlei Lehren.
