The Goddess’s grace is so potent that even nāma-kīrtana (name-chanting) functions as a force of protection and moral purification, subduing wickedness.

The verse implies a local place of worship where the speaker has established/adores the Goddess; the explicit place-name is not provided in this snippet.

Nāma-kīrtana—chanting the Goddess’s name—is praised as efficacious, alongside ongoing ārādhana (propitiation).
