Tirtha: Kapileśvara (also remembered as Nandabhadra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Pārtha
Scene: A newly established, radiant liṅga on a sanctified platform; attendants and locals witness the consecration; the air carries the sense of an auspicious name being proclaimed—Kapileśvara, remembered also as Nandabhadra.
Tirthas are anchored by installed forms of Śiva; naming and remembrance (smaraṇa) preserve living sanctity across time.
Bahūdaka in Kāmarūpa, specifically through the Kapileśvara/Nandabhadra liṅga.
Liṅga-sthāpanā (establishment of a Śiva-liṅga) is indicated; no detailed procedure is given in this verse.
