Transliteration

sandhyāmupāsīta budhaḥ saṃśāṃtaḥ prayataḥ śuciḥ | pūrvāṃ sandhyāṃ sanakṣatrāṃ paścimāṃ sadivākarām

Translation

Der Weise—still, diszipliniert und rein—soll die Sandhyā-Verehrung vollziehen: die Morgensandhyā, solange die Sterne noch sichtbar sind, und die Abendsandhyā, solange die Sonne noch gegenwärtig ist.
