Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 109

अनिच्छंत्यां कुमार्यां च वरं द्रव्यं च पार्थिवः । तथान्यदपि प्रीत्यासौ यद्ददौ नृपतिः श्रृणु

anicchaṃtyāṃ kumāryāṃ ca varaṃ dravyaṃ ca pārthivaḥ | tathānyadapi prītyāsau yaddadau nṛpatiḥ śrṛṇu

Obwohl die Jungfrau es nicht wünschte, gewährte der König ihr einen Segen und Reichtum; und aus Zuneigung schenkte er ihr noch anderes dazu—höre, was jener Herrscher gab.
